Description
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of the sum of its net assets and the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities of U.S. companies with market capitalizations in excess of $4 billion at the time of purchase. It may invest up to 20% of its net assets in non-U.S. equity securities. As part of its qualitative assessment, the sub-adviser evaluates each company's non-financial performance among certain ESG factors.
