Save time by connecting your Altruist account to Ethos: Ethos will pull in in households, accounts and positions from your Altruist account, and create corresponding records on Ethos.

• Altruist Households: Ethos will create Client records for every Altruist Household
• Altruist Accounts: Ethos will create Portfolio records for every Altruist Account
• Altruist Positions: Ethos will create Portfolio Holding records for every Altruist Position

You can connect your account and refresh data from Altruist any time you’d like.

To implement this, navigate in your Ethos account to Firm settings > Integrations:

Click “Connect” under the Altruist integration box. In the window that pops up, enter your Altruist credentials.

Altruist will send you back to Ethos and we will start the import of your Altruist data.

The data import may take 5-20 minutes, depending on the number of Households and Accounts you are importing.

When the data is finished importing, you will see the Households, Accounts, and Positions from your Altruist account in Ethos under Clients and Leads:

If you click into a Client, you will see the associated Accounts from Altruist created as Portfolios on Ethos:

If you click into a Portfolio, you will see the date that it was imported from Altruist in a green box at top:
