The number of clients and leads that you can add to Ethos is determined by the plan you are subscribed to.

If you are using the Lite plan, you can add up to 3 clients and leads to your account.

If you are subscribed to the Advisor plan, you can add up to 200 clients and leads to your account.

You can see the plan that you are subscribed to by navigating to Settings > Firm Settings > Subscribe in your account.
