MINNEAPOLIS, MN Minnesota-based fintech startup Ethos (https://ethos.so) is excited to announce that it is joining two accelerators: BETA MN and RevTech Labs, a top 5 global fintech accelerator. Ethos will join the 14th fintech and insurtech cohort of RevTech Labs, which includes nine startups from across the U.S. and Canada.
Ethos offers data and software to align investments with causes like racial justice, climate action, gender equality, innovation, and more. Our early customers (including more than a dozen financial advisor firms across the US, individual investors and a fortune 500 company) use Ethos to evaluate data such as carbon emissions, water withdrawal, pay equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives, third-party impact ratings and more. Customers then use the software to evaluate the impact of an investment, design an impact portfolio, or improve corporate ESG (environment, social and governance) performance.
The 9 startups making up the RevTech Labs Class 14 represent a range of solutions across both the fintech and insurtech verticals. The RevTech Labs team recruited more than 6,000 companies from around the world, narrowing the numbers down to 81 through an internal screening process and selecting only nine final companies after hosting a Selection Week with their program partners and sponsors.
The 14 Minnesota-based startups making up the BETA MN cohort represent a variety of industries. Through sessions from industry experts, roundtables from corporate leaders, and a community of founders in the same boat, BETA MN helps lift up Minnesota startups to success. To date, the 192 MN startups have come through BETA MN have raised $634M and employ over 1300 people.
